Patna, Aug. 10 -- Taking major action in the widely discussed Bharat Bhushan Tiwari encounter case in Bihar, the Bhojpur Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Court has reportedly issued arrest warrants against 11 police personnel, including the SDM and SDPO.
According to Sanjeev Kumar, the lawyer representing Bharat Tiwari's family, the court has directed that all the accused be arrested and produced before it by August 12. It has also ordered the Bhojpur SP to appear before the court on August 12.
However, Bhojpur SP Raj has denied having any information about the development.
