Nagpur, June 24 -- The Maharashtra government will launch a three-day statewide outreach programme, 'Maharajswa Abhiyan', from July 21-23 with the aim of providing welfare benefits and resolving long-pending revenue-related issues of nearly 50 lakh families across the state.

The campaign will commence on the birthday of Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and will focus on expediting revenue administration, disposing of pending cases, issuing essential revenue documents and ensuring delivery of various government welfare schemes at the grassroots level.

The initiative was announced by Maharashtra Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule.
