Raigad, May 21 -- A fresh reservation policy unveiled by the Maharashtra government in recruitment and competitive examinations has triggered strong reactions among students and social organisations, particularly among candidates from reserved categories preparing for government examinations.
According to the decision issued by the General Administration Department, candidates belonging to reserved categories who avail of any concession related to age limit, educational qualification, experience, or examination attempts will no longer be eligible to claim selection under open-category seats.
