Mumbai, June 15 -- Amidst intense speculation regarding a fresh wave of defections within the Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray), party chief Uddhav Thackeray convened a crucial meeting with his faction's Lok Sabha MPs at his residence, 'Matoshree', on Sunday.
The meeting followed persistent rumours in political corridors about "Operation Tiger"-a reported initiative by the ruling Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena to entice Thackeray faction MPs to switch sides ahead of the upcoming legislative sessions.
