Mumbai, Aug. 26 -- The Maharashtra cabinet today approved crucial reforms to expedite certificate issuance and ensure effective delivery of government schemes to nomadic and denotified tribes.
The cabinet also approved the establishment of a Senior Division Civil Judge Court at Ashti in Beed district, sanctioning the creation of judicial officer and staff posts along with necessary funds.
In another decision, the cabinet cleared margin money loans from the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) for Rajgad Cooperative Sugar Factory at Anantnagar, Pune district. It also approved term loans under government guarantee from Maharashtra State Cooperative Bank for Babanrao Dhakne Kedareshwar Cooperative Sugar Factory Ltd at Sumnanag...
