Khammam, Feb. 15 -- Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on Sunday expressed hope that Telangana would emerge as a prosperous and globally competitive state, and said he prayed to Lord Shiva that the state would grow into a USD 3 trillion economy by 2047.

On the occasion of Maha Shivaratri, the Deputy Chief Minister, along with his wife, visited the renowned Sri Parvati Sametha Ramalingeswara Swamy temple at Snanala Lakshmipuram village in Vaira mandal of Khammam district, where he performed special pujas and offered prayers.
