Pune, Oct. 14 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and union Minister for Heavy Industries and Steel H. D. Kumaraswamy will inaugurate Energy in Motion's (EIM) electric truck manufacturing facility at RMK Industrial Park 3, Ambi, Maval, Pune, on Wednesday.
Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and Pune Guardian Minister Sunetra Pawar, along with senior leader and former union Minister Sharad Pawar, will attend the ceremony. Ranjeet Ramdas Kakade, Managing Director of RMK Spaces, is the convenor of the event.
EIM manufactures battery-powered electric trucks for heavy freight transportation. Its 55-tonne 'Ashwa' electric truck uses battery-swapping technology, enabling a depleted battery to be replaced in approximately seven minutes....
