Kolhapur, March 5 -- In a shocking incident, a history-sheeter was wounded after an unidentified person allegedly opened fire on him late this evening in Ichalkaranji town of the district.
According to police, criminal Omkar Kamble, who was arrested in a criminal case, was coming out of additional superintendent of police's office after making a daily appearance in a strict police bandobast, when an unidentified man suddenly fired at Kamble.
In this incident, Kamble was seriously injured and was admitted in a private hospital for treatment.
