Nashik, April 23 -- A deeply shocking incident has occurred at Valkhed in the Dindori taluka of Nashik district, where a two-year-old girl was killed in a leopard attack.
While sitting in front of her home with her parents, the toddler was suddenly pounced upon by a leopard-which had been lying in ambush-and dragged her away.
Villagers immediately launched a search operation, and after some time, the child's body was discovered in a nearby garden.
This incident has cast a pall of gloom over the entire region and has created an atmosphere of fear in the village.
