Mumbai, Nov. 14 -- The Maharashtra State Election Commission has released a modified timetable for compiling voter lists in preparation for elections across twenty-nine municipal corporations. This revised programme replaces the earlier schedule that was issued on November 4.

According to the commission's announcement made on Thursday, the draft voter list will be published on November 20 for public scrutiny. This preliminary list will be created using the existing Assembly voter list as its foundation. Citizens will have until November 27 to submit their suggestions and raise objections regarding the draft document.
