Mumbai, Oct. 20 -- Dropping a major political bombshell, Maharashtra Transport Minister and senior Shiv Sena leader Pratap Sarnaik has declared that the party's ultimate objective is to reinstate Eknath Shinde as the Chief Minister of the state following the forthcoming Assembly elections.
Interacting with media persons here on eve of Vijayadashami festiva,, Sarnaik clearly articulated the party's upcoming political direction while taking a firm stance on a range of crucial issues, including the state's severe drought condition, the party's Dussehra rally, the murder of political activist Pradip Purnekar, the shooting incident near Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff's residence, attacks on journalists, and threats to political leaders.
