Nashik, Oct. 2 -- District collector Ayush Prasad has urged farmers, onion growers, traders, public representatives and citizens to submit complaints regarding alleged irregularities, mismanagement or other concerns in the onion procurement process being carried out by NAFED and NCCF for the 2026-27 season.
The procurement is being conducted through the two central nodal agencies under the central government's Price Stabilisation Scheme (PSS), in accordance with a government resolution issued by the Maharashtra government's Marketing Department.
Those who have grievances regarding the procurement process have been asked to submit their complaints, along with relevant documents and supporting evidence, by October 8, 2026, during office hou...
