Mumbai, Aug. 11 -- Maharashtra Cultural Affairs Minister Advovate Ashish Shelar today launched a sharp attack on the opposition over the alleged police action against government job aspirants protesting in Ranchi against the alleged JPSC paper leak, and questioned whether senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi would demand accountability from the Jharkhand government.
Addressing media at the BJP state office here, he alleged that candidates were protesting "peacefully and in a disciplined manner", demanding employment and action over the JPSC paper leak. He said barbed wire was put up, tear gas was used and a lathi-charge was carried out on them.
