Nashik, July 30 -- Warning that no delay of any kind will be tolerated in resolving cases concerning the maintenance and welfare of parents and senior citizens within 90 days as per the law, Maharashtra Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule-acting on the instructions of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis-has issued detailed guidelines to all Divisional Commissioners and District Collectors across the state regarding this matter.
