Pune, July 18 -- The District Police have arrested a man under POCSO Act for making an attempt to allegedly sexually assault a minor schoolgirl in Bhor taluka of Pune district.
Police said that the minor victim was walking home as usual after her school hours. While she was on her way, the accused intercepted her and called her inside a house by falsely claiming that her father was sitting inside and was calling her in. Believing him, the girl entered the house, where the accused immediately attempted to sexually assault her.
