Kolhapur, Nov. 3 -- The Kolhapur Circuit Bench of Bombay High Court today ordered election officials to call a meeting of Kolhapur Milk Producers Cooperative Sangh (Association), makers of popular 'Gokul' milk brand, on November 10, to elect new chairman.
Hearing a plea filed by Samvichari Aghadi regarding the election of Gokul Dudh Sangh president and the adjourned meeting, the court ordered election officials to conduct the election of Gokul president on November 10. It also directed all 25 directors to issue notice by 5 pm today itself.
