Mumbai, Oct. 30 -- Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee president Harshvardhan Sapkal said that the Vadhavan Port project in Palghar district is not in Maharashtra's interest and threatens the livelihoods of local residents, farmers and fishermen.
The people in Delhi, whom he referred to as 'Ranga Billa', are not interested in developing Palghar but in advancing Adani's interests, and this is why the project has been brought forward, he said.
