Nagpur, March 14 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today urged citizens to work together for the development of the nation and the state while upholding the values enshrined in the Constitution.

Fadnavis unfurled the national flag mounted on a 200-feet-high mast during a ceremony held at Kasturchand Park in Nagpur.

Addressing the gathering, he said the towering tricolour would stand as a symbol of patriotism and motivate citizens, especially the youth, to remain committed to the ideals of the nation.

He noted that the national flag reflects the unity, integrity and sovereignty of India, and should continue to inspire a sense of pride among people.
