Nagpur, May 31 -- An elderly couple was found dead inside their residence in the Dattawadi area under the jurisdiction of Wadi Police Station in Nagpur, police said today.
The deceased were identified as Gangadhar Janba Bhongade (75) and his wife, Kaushalyabai Gangadhar Bhongade (72), residents of HUDA Colony in Dattawadi. The couple had reportedly been living alone in the house for the past 15 years.
According to police, Gangadhar Bhongade was a retired employee of the ammunition factory and was receiving a pension after retirement. Both husband and wife had reportedly been unwell for the past few days.
