Nashik, May 14 -- A tragic road accident happened today in the Nashik district of Maharashtra, where a passenger bus travelling from Pune to Shahada lost control, collided with a tree, and overturned.
The bus involved belongs to the Shahada Depot and Dhule Division (Registration No. MH 14 MH 2310).
In the accident, three people-including the driver-sustained serious injuries, while seven other passengers suffered minor injuries.
According to reports, the bus was on its regular scheduled journey along the Pune-Shahada route. Due to heavy traffic congestion on the Chondi Ghat road leading from Manmad, the driver decided to alter the route and proceed toward Malegaon via Girnare.
