Bharat GhandatNashik, Aug. 12 -- Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule has taken a significant decision to bring onto official records all farmers whose names do not appear on the 7/12 extract (land record) or in the 'Other Rights' column.
This decision paves the way for 2.31 lakh farmers in the state to obtain their 'AgriStack' ID, thereby facilitating their access to loan waivers and other government schemes.
The Revenue Minister has directed all District Collectors to submit a report on this matter within 15 days.
