Parwinder SandhuNew Delhi, March 23 -- Bhopal will host the next edition of the Army Day parade on January 15, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav announced on Monday, following a meeting with General Upendra Dwivedi at his residence.

As part of the ongoing decentralisation of national military events, the parade has previously been held in Bengaluru (2013), Lucknow (2024), Pune (2025), and Jaipur (2026).

In a post on X, Yadav, while announcing the same, wrote, "Today, General Upendra Dwivedi, the Chief of the Indian Army, visited the Bhopal residence. During this time, discussions took place on the topic of inspiring the youth to join the army. In the coming year, a grand 'Army Day' parade will be organized in Bhopal on January 15....
