Neeraj BaliChandigarh, Aug. 28 -- A 22-year-old man running a footwear shop in Ludhiana has been arrested for allegedly providing Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI access to live CCTV feeds from cameras installed outside his rented premises, according to media reports citing police investigation.

The arrest has brought the focus on a small shop on Ferozepur Road, which police suspect was being used to monitor activity in the city.

The accused has been identified as Rachhpal Singh, a resident of Sarf Kot village near Fatehgarh Churian in Gurdaspur district. He had rented a shop in New Sunder Nagar and was running a footwear business from there.
