Chandigarh, April 10 -- In response to the tragic boat accident in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, involving residents from Punjab, the Ludhiana District Administration has established dedicated 24x7 control rooms at Ludhiana and Jagraon to assist affected families.

Deputy Commissioner Ludhiana, Himanshu Jain, confirmed that the local administration and the Punjab government are in constant communication with the authorities in Vrindavan to monitor the situation and provide immediate relief.

To ensure seamless coordination on the ground, the Deputy Commissioner informed that specialized teams, consisting of both civil and police officers, have already been dispatched to Vrindavan.
