Lucknow, March 16 -- Uttar Pradesh's consumption-driven growth continues to accelerate the expansion of Lucknow's warehousing sector, reinforcing its position as one of India's leading secondary logistics hubs.

Knight Frank India, a leading international property consultancy, in its latest warehousing report cited that in 2025, Lucknow recorded the highest warehousing transaction volumes among secondary markets, with total leasing activity reaching 1.9 mn sq ft-significantly ahead of peers such as Surat, which recorded 1.5 mn sq ft-marking a strong 9% YoY growth.
