Nagpur, March 17 -- The Central government on Tuesday informed the Bombay High Court that it is actively pursuing measures at both domestic and international levels to mitigate the impact of the ongoing LPG shortage caused by the conflict in West Asia.

Taking note of the Centre's submission, the Nagpur bench of the court disposed of a petition filed by LPG distributors, observing that the government is taking all necessary steps to safeguard public interest.
