Shimla, July 20 -- Leader of Opposition and former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on Monday accused the Congress government of creating administrative chaos in the state, alleging that Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu was ignoring his ministers and legislators, resulting in a breakdown of governance.

In a statement issued here, Thakur alleged that the "Vyavastha Parivartan" promised by the Congress had instead led to deterioration in governance and public administration.

He claimed that ministers were being sidelined and officials were allegedly not cooperating with them, forcing some ministers to publicly express their grievances.
