New Delhi, March 13 -- Proceedings in the Lok Sabha were adjourned until 2 pm on Friday for the second time after opposition parties created an uproar demanding a discussion on the shortage of cooking gas in the country, which they said was caused by the Israel-US and Iran conflict and was causing hardship to people.
When the House reconvened at noon after an earlier adjournment, members of the Indian National Congress and other opposition parties stormed the well of the House and continued shouting slogans over the alleged shortage of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), which they said was causing hardship for households.
