Ranchi, Feb. 12 -- Jharkhand Health Minister Irfan Ansari on Thursday announced that liver and kidney transplant services will soon be introduced in the state, with a special financial package to be provided to patients undergoing these procedures.
Ansari said the government is working tirelessly to strengthen the state's healthcare system and expects cooperation from the Opposition.
He alleged that efforts were being made to obstruct development in the health sector, to the RIMS-2 project and proposed infrastructure upgrades aimed at improving emergency services, including lift installations. He said these projects are meant for public welfare and not for private benefit.
