Hyderabad, April 16 -- Telangana Jagruthi president Kalvakuntla Kavitha on Thursday alleged that linking the proposed Delimitation Bill with the Women's Reservation Bill is a "major conspiracy" by the Centre, and warned that any move reducing Telangana's political representation could trigger another mass movement in the state.

In a video statement released from the Telangana Jagruthi office in Banjara Hills, Kavitha said while the discussion on the Women's Reservation Bill in Parliament marks a significant moment for women, the attempt to combine it with delimitation is misleading and politically motivated.
