New Delhi, Sept. 19 -- Delhi Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu on Saturday visited Police Station Maurya Enclave to attend 'Thana Diwas', a citizen-oriented initiative aimed at providing a direct interface between residents and the police and ensuring time-bound resolution of their grievances.

During the visit, Sandhu interacted with local residents and reviewed policing issues, reiterating that the Delhi Police must focus on making policing visible, accessible and responsive while maintaining zero tolerance towards corruption.
