Guwahati, Oct. 23 -- Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma today said that the Leftists have turned iconic musician Zubeen Garg into a non believer and said that there is an attack on Hinduism.
The chief minister's reaction came following some recent development related to some devotees of Garg pouring wine on Zubeen's memorial.
Saying that the government would not tolerate such nuisance, the Chief Minister said that the government would initiate stern action against such actions that hurts peoples sentiment and paint the iconic singer in a different image.
