Bengaluru, Oct. 28 -- Karnataka Home Minister Dr G Parameshwara today cautioned that public speculation and frequent statements by party members about state leadership could hamper governance, even as he reaffirmed that the Congress high command's decision on leadership change would remain final.

Addressing reporters here, Dr Parameshwara said, "If we keep making statements unnecessarily, it will affect the administration.
