Dharamshala, Nov. 7 -- Deputy Chief Whip and Shahpur MLA Kewal Singh Pathania expressed displeasure over the delay in the Gaggal Airport expansion and construction of its retaining wall despite the government providing Rs 2,700 crore.
He directed the concerned construction company to initiate work immediately.
Pathania said he would personally visit the site along with the Deputy Commissioner and officials of relevant departments to interact with local residents and resolve issues related to the retaining wall construction.
Pathania said that all No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for the proposed IT Park at Dohab had been secured through sustained efforts and directed officials to initiate construction soon.
