Puri, July 4 -- In a serene atmosphere under an overcast sky and light drizzle, lakhs of devotees thronged the Gundicha Temple today to witness the Sandhya Darshan of the Holy Trinity seated on the Ratna Simhasana at the Adapa Mandap of the temple.
Devotees also partook in Mahaprasad on the auspicious occasion of Navami.
According to belief, those who have darshan of the Lords at the Adapa Mandap of the Gundicha Temple attain Mokshya (salvation).
However, poor traffic management led to long queues of drenched devotees, many of whom waited for hours to enter the temple for darshan.
