Visakhapatnam, March 23 -- union Minister for Steel & Heavy Industries H. D. Kumaraswamy on Monday reaffirmed the Centre's commitment to the revival and growth of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), the corporate entity of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP).
After conducting a comprehensive review of the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, the union Minister, accompanied by Minister of State Bhupathiraju Srinivasa Varma, visited key facilities including Coke Oven Batteries, Blast Furnace and the Wire Rod Mill, and interacted with employees across departments.
Kumaraswamy appreciated the workforce for their dedication and lauded the plant's performance, noting its best production levels this year.
