Bengaluru, May 18 -- union Minister HD Kumaraswamy on Monday launched a sharp political offensive against the Congress, questioning its governance claims and portraying its proposed "Sadhana Samavesha" in Tumakuru as an attempt to mask administrative shortcomings rather than showcase achievements.

Speaking to reporters in Bengaluru, Kumaraswamy said the Congress was attempting to "project achievements where none exist," adding that the party's recent governance narrative does not reflect ground realities in Karnataka.
