Hyderabad, Oct. 8 -- BRS Working President K T Rama Rao launched a sharp attack on Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Wednesday, accusing the Congress government of allowing Telangana's prestigious Welfare Gurukul Educational Institutions-once considered a model for the entire nation-to reach the brink of closure due to non-payment of building rents.
Describing the situation as "a disgraceful and heartless act," KTR said locking up Gurukul schools that transformed the lives of lakhs of poor students marks a dark chapter in the state's governance.
