Hyderabad, Feb. 19 -- Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K T Rama Rao (KTR) on Thursday addressed an open letter to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, demanding that adequate funds be allocated in the forthcoming budget for the implementation of promises made by the Congress government.
Stating that the Congress has been in power in Telangana for nearly two and half years, KTR alleged that about 95 per cent of the promises made to the people were still pending.
He urged the government to make allocations for these commitments in the short budget, warning that public patience was wearing thin.
