Hyderabad, Feb. 18 -- BRS Working President K T Rama Rao on Wednesday strongly condemned the arrest of former MLA Balka Suman, terming it illegal and unconstitutional, and demanded his immediate and unconditional release.
In a statement, he alleged that the arrest of a Dalit leader without prior notice reflected the Revanth Reddy government's intolerance and misuse of power.
KTR accused the Congress government of undermining democratic institutions by pressuring election officials and police during the Kyatanapalli municipal elections.
