Hyderabad, Nov. 5 -- Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President KT Rama Rao (KTR) on Wednesday threw an open challenge to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy to join him for a public debate on the development of Hyderabad, asserting that the Congress government had failed to deliver in its two years of rule.

Speaking after releasing the Jubilee Hills constituency development card at Telangana Bhavan, KTR accused the Chief Minister of resorting to personal attacks out of "frustration" over what he termed was an "impending defeat" in the Jubilee Hills by-election.
