Hyderabad, July 31 -- Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) Working President K Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) appeared before the Special Court at Nampally on Friday in connection with the Formula-E case registered by the Telangana government.
Complying with the court's directions, KTR furnished a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh. The court adjourned the matter to August 25 and directed him to submit two additional surety bonds of Rs 1 lakh each on the next date of hearing.
KTR's legal team said the proceedings were limited to the submission of the charge sheet and related documents and that there was no discussion on the merits of the case.
