Hyderabad, Sept. 12 -- BRS working president K. T. Rama Rao (KTR) on Saturday accused the Congress government in Telangana of suppressing the opposition's voice in the State Assembly, saying BRS MLAs took their fight to the people through a Mock Assembly at Telangana Bhavan.

In a post on 'X', KTR said the BRS legislators' voices had been "stifled" through what he termed an "unjust suspension" from the Assembly, but claimed that the party MLAs ensured that public issues continued to be raised outside the House.

He said the Mock Assembly at Telangana Bhavan gave BRS MLAs a platform to highlight people's concerns and expose the Congress government's poor performance.
