New Delhi, Aug. 12 -- Actress Kriti Kharbanda has advocated for financial education to be introduced in schools, saying young girls should be taught how to earn, save and invest money alongside lessons on menstruation and overall well-being.
Speaking at the 'We Women Want Conclave and Shakti Awards 2026' held in New Delhi, Kharbanda said that she has always been a supporter of girls and women becoming self-reliant. Sharing her life experience, she said that she started earning at the age of 17 and has also taken responsibility of her family.
