Hyderabad, May 3 -- Rajya Sabha Member and National BC Welfare Assoication President R Krishnaiah today urged the Telangana government to withdraw the new Government Order (GO No.7) on fee reimbursement and file an appeal against a High Court single judge ruling, stating that both developments were causing hardship to students.
In a letter to Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, Krishnaiah said the court order which allowed educational institutions to collect fees from students pending reimbursement approval had resulted in colleges mounting pressure on students for payments.
