Kolhapur, July 29 -- A man stabbed his drunken brother to death in a fit of rage, in Bhendwade in Hatkalangale taluka of Kolhapur, causing a stir in the area.
This incident, which occured late last night, has shaken the entire area.
According to Vadgaon police, the deceased was identified as Amar Bapuso Chavan (age 33) and his accused brother as Kishore Bapuso Chavan.
The complaint in this case was filed by Piyusha Amar Chavan, the wife of the deceased Amar.
According to the police, Amar Chavan was addicted to alcohol. He had been drunk since the afternoon and had vandalized the household items.
He also had a heated argument with his wife, brother and some people.
