Kolhapur, July 7 -- Special district session judge ASI Perampalli today sentenced to seven years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000 to a man for sexual harassment of a minor girl by kidnapping her, at Malage village in Kagal tehsil of this district in March 2022.
In a press release, public prosecutor S S Ingale, said that accused Vishal Maruti Kamble (24), resident of Malage, had kidnapped a minor girl and sexually harassed her. The girl filed a complaint against the accused.
