Thiruvananthapuram, Jan. 6 -- In a major push to strengthen technology education in public schools, Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE), the technology arm of the General Education Department, Government of Kerala, launched a statewide robotics training programme for all Class 10 students.

The initiative will benefit around 4.5 lakh students studying in government and aided schools across the State. The training, conducted through workshops led by Little KITES, India's largest student-driven IT network, will be completed in all schools by January 15.
