Hyderabad, Nov. 4 -- union Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy on Tuesday evening urged voters to "rewrite history" in the November 11 Jubilee Hills by-election, accusing the BRS of a decade-long cosy relationship with the Majlis party and blaming both for the area's alleged neglect.
Speaking at a rally at Krishna Kant Park in support of BJP candidate Lankala Deepak Reddy, Kishan Reddy said the coming poll was about the future of Hyderabad and called for an end to what he described as the BRS-Majlis "dostana."He charged that the Majlis party had exercised undue influence in the old city for years and that officials once sought its permission to enter certain areas.
