Hyderabad, Nov. 6 -- union Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy on Thursday hit out at both the Congress and BRS governments for what he termed "years of neglect and false promises" in Hyderabad, particularly in the Jubilee Hills constituency, while asserting that the BJP is the only party committed to real development in Telangana.
